Scope of Work
A new developer seeking to develop an Alkylate Chemical Production Facility in Pasadena, Texas selected Clough as the EPC contractor for the project. CH∙IV was contracted to assist Clough with engineering, contract management, project services, and permitting support through commissioning of the project.

CH∙IV supported the EPC project team during preparation of final engineering, HAZOPs, construction and commissioning. CH∙IV also supported the project team to develop its permitting strategy and compliance matrix for received authorizations and permits from local and state regulatory agencies.
