Commissioning management assistance including directing the repair of hundreds of cryogenic valves. CH·IV wrote the procedure for and directed the facility dry out. CH·IV also provided oversight of the cooldown of the LNG tanks, and assisted in directing the preliminary and final terminal cooldown and start-up.
