Mona Setoodeh
President
Mona has worked in the oil and gas industry for 20 years. She started her career as a process engineer and has over a decade of experience in project development and management in the LNG space. Mona has joined CH·IV in 2007, leading her team through success of several major LNG import, export and LNG Hub projects. Mona has published several articles and delivered multiple presentations in industries prestigious gatherings including AGA and LNG 17. Mona holds a Ph.D. degree in Chemical engineering from University of Houston, and a Masters of Engineering Management from University of Texas at Austin. She has been Vice President and General Manager of CH·IV prior to her current appointment.
Brad Haley
Lead Northeast and Canada Operations
Brad has worked in the oil and gas and power generations industry for over 27 years. He started his career as an Instrumentation and Controls Technologist and has a wide variety of experience in LNG Consulting, Project Management, and International Work Share with extensive experience in Instrumentation and Controls. Brad joined CH·IV in 2016, supporting LNG clients through successful execution of peak shaving upgrades, import, export, and LNG Hub projects. Brad holds an Instrumentation and Control Engineering Technology diploma from Lambton College and has been the Lead of Operations for the Hanover office since 2020.
Angie Minton
Senior Environmental Consultant
Angie, AICP, is a Senior Environmental Consultant providing services to public and private sector clients since 1996. She has over 20 years of professional experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of complex architecture/engineering (A/E) projects. Her broad technical expertise includes land use, community redevelopment, public infrastructure, transportation, and urban design. Ms. Minton specializes in executing energy, environmental, and water resources projects that integrate recreation, natural resource management, flood risk reduction, power generation, navigation, water supply, wastewater, storm water, ecosystem restoration, and watershed management.
Juan Carlos Rivadeneira
Engineering Lead Consultant
Juan Carlos is a Mechanical engineer with strong background in engineering management, project life-cycle development and regulatory permitting. 15+ years of experience in development of LNG facilities including liquefaction, regasification, bunkering, and peak shavers. Experienced with mechanical equipment and piping specifications, selection, design, and testing. Hands-on experience with facility commissioning planning, execution, and oversight. Rotating equipment subject matter expert with significant experience in vibration analysis and troubleshooting.
Randy Alton
Senior Project Services Consultant
Project Services professional experienced in contracts, estimating, cost, schedule, progress measurement, reporting, document management, and business development.
