Mona Setoodeh

President

Mona has worked in the oil and gas industry for 20 years. She started her career as a process engineer and has over a decade of experience in project development and management in the LNG space. Mona has joined CH·IV in 2007, leading her team through success of several major LNG import, export and LNG Hub projects. Mona has published several articles and delivered multiple presentations in industries prestigious gatherings including AGA and LNG 17. Mona holds a Ph.D. degree in Chemical engineering from University of Houston, and a Masters of Engineering Management from University of Texas at Austin. She has been Vice President and General Manager of CH·IV prior to her current appointment.

Angie Minton

Senior Environmental Consultant

Angie, AICP, is a Senior Environmental Consultant providing services to public and private sector clients since 1996. She has over 20 years of professional experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of complex architecture/engineering (A/E) projects. Her broad technical expertise includes land use, community redevelopment, public infrastructure, transportation, and urban design. Ms. Minton specializes in executing energy, environmental, and water resources projects that integrate recreation, natural resource management, flood risk reduction, power generation, navigation, water supply, wastewater, storm water, ecosystem restoration, and watershed management.

Juan Carlos Rivadeneira

Engineering Lead Consultant

Juan Carlos is a Mechanical engineer with strong background in engineering management, project life-cycle development and regulatory permitting. 15+ years of experience in development of LNG facilities including liquefaction, regasification, bunkering and peak shavers. Experienced with mechanical equipment and piping specifications, selection, design and testing. Hands-on experience with facility commissioning planning, execution and oversight. Rotating equipment subject matter expert with significant experience in vibration analysis and troubleshooting.

Arthur Ransome

Senior Advisor

In his over 30 years of experience in the energy industry Arthur has been responsible for developing, operating and managing power generation and LNG assets in Europe, the Caribbean and the USA. As a member of the CH·IV team since 2005, Arthur has provided consulting and project management services to owners and investors involved in the development, design, construction and operation of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) based assets. Specific areas of Arthur’s expertise include (i) project managing the preparation of front end engineering design for LNG import, export, peakshaving facilities and small-scale liquefiers for LNG vehicular and truck filling applications. (ii) providing regulatory support to clients during the permitting, construction and operation of LNG facilities, (iii) providing operations and maintenance (O&M) services including preparation of O&M budgets, regulatory compliance, root cause failure assessment, reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM) assessment and due diligence, and (iv) providing support to investors including technical due diligence of investment proformas, business models, and business plans. Arthur holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) as well as multi-engineering discipline diplomas.
