Scope of Work
Study to evaluate a series of options to replace total historical LNG peakshaving liquefaction capacity at four different locations. The study considered a variety of liquefaction capacities, liquefaction technologies and electric or gas turbine drive. The study also considered siting criteria, permitting limitations and LNG trucking access. Capital and operations and maintenance cost estimates were generated for 16 different cases.
