CH·IV International is a joint venture between MPR Associates Inc. of Alexandria, VA and CH·IV Cryogenics of Hanover, MD. MPR, founded in 1964, specializes in technical services for the design, development, construction and operation of power facilities and equipment for energy, industrial, and government clients. CH·IV Corporation, celebrating its 10th year, has been providing LNG engineering and consulting services to a wide base of clients ranging from international LNG trading to LNG vehicle fleets encompassing the entire LNG value chain.
CH·IV International builds on the "Owner's Engineer" model applied by MPR in the power industry and transfers it to the LNG industry. In addition to the impressive LNG expertise residing within CH·IV International, CH·IV is able to draw from MPR's diversified engineering staff and technical experts to support clients. A primary focus of CH·IV International is to support the worldwide expansion of the LNG industry, including liquefaction, export, import and peakshaving facilities from feasibility through start-up and operation.
MISSION STATEMENT
CH·IV International will provide consulting services to LNG asset developers, regulators, facility owners, operators and lenders to ensure to the best of our ability that facilities are developed, designed, constructed and operated safely and in accordance with the codes and regulations, and project's technical and commercial specifications.
